Hard Reset PRESTIGIO MultiPhone 4040 DUO

First method:

1. At the very beginning power off the device.
2. Afterwards hold down the Volume Up key.
3. While holding the Volume Up press and hold the Power button for a while.
4. You should release held keys when you see an Andoid image.
5. Afterwards press the Home key to enter Recovery Mode.
6. Choose "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume Down to navigate and Home button to confirm.
7. Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Home button to select.
8. To restart the phone, select "reboot system now".
9. Success! The hard reset is done!

Second method:

1. If the display is off, press the Power to turn it back on.
2. Then open the Backup and Reset folder and select Factory Data Reset.
3. Tap Reset Phone and read the warning when it pops up.
4. Choose Erase Everything and the phone will begin restoring.
